Solomon & Bryant Wine Shipping Policy – Legal Disclaimer

1. Age Verification & Compliance
By placing an order with Solomon & Bryant Wine, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. Alcohol shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. A valid government-issued ID may be required at the time of delivery. We do not ship to minors under any circumstances.

2. Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal and state regulations, we may not be able to ship to certain states. It is the customer’s responsibility to review their state laws regarding the shipment of alcohol before placing an order. We do not ship to P.O. boxes as carriers require an adult signature upon delivery.

3. Processing & Shipping Times

  • Delivery times vary by location but typically take 3-7 business days after processing.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
     

4. Risk of Loss & Damage
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Solomon & Bryant Wine is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [support@solomonbryantwine.com] within 48 hours, including photos of the issue, and we will assist in resolving the matter.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to alcohol laws, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive the wrong order or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for a resolution. Refunds or replacements are subject to approval at our discretion.

6. Liability Disclaimer
By purchasing from Solomon & Bryant Wine, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any penalties, taxes, or legal consequences resulting from shipping wine to your state. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
