Refund Policy - The Basics
1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any wine products due to alcohol regulations and health & safety concerns.

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless it meets the criteria outlined below.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please follow these steps:

Contact Us Within 48 Hours: Email info@solomonbryant.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide Proof: Attach clear photos of the damaged bottle(s) and the packaging for verification.

Resolution: Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Solomon & Bryant Wine is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier.

If a package is marked as "delivered" but is not received, please check with the carrier and your local delivery service.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
4. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds will not be issued due to shipping delays.
5. Refund Exceptions
Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

The order was incorrectly fulfilled due to our mistake.

The product was damaged during transit and verified with photographic evidence.
